Hey everyone! I just want to say thank you for requesting “Money” by Pink Floyd. It has been an absolute blast learning and playing this iconic song. One aspect of this song that particularly stood out to me was the incredible sax solo, which I thoroughly enjoyed tabbing out for guitar. It really is cool to adapt solos played on other instruments to guitar and I recommend giving it a try! While working on this rendition, I noticed some variations in the original recording, such as occasional string bending and pull-offs in the main riff. To ensure I stayed true to my own playing style and comfort, I incorporated these elements where they felt most natural to me. I must admit, I did omit some of the keyboard effects that give the original recording its signature Pink Floyd sound. Instead, I aimed to infuse this version with a more hard rock feel, adding my own personal touch to the arrangement. Now, I’d love to hear from all of you!
